Finalized version of the US-ENGLISH Manual
I have removed references to city during signup, since Eldy uses Zip codes in the US version(This needs to be changed in a future release). Also removed reference to weather forecasts, since that function has been deleted in the US-English version(This function needs to be added in a future [...]

I’ve also registered an IRC channel at mibbit.net for developer chat and discussions. Unlike Eldy Chat, this
channel supports IRC commands. Look forward to seeing folks in the channel, as I can access it from many places/computers.You can access the channel via this link, which also explains how to reach it via a normal IRC client.
